Hi, Im Krystal the Salon Owner.
I began experimenting with hair back in 2010 and I want to personally thank my friends and family that allowed me to practise on their hair all them year ago. I used to be a city worker, but when I had my first 2 children in 2007/2008 I knew city life wasn’t for me……. and Hair was my passion. I thrive off making each and every one of you feel the very best version of yourself. Krystalized has moved from strength to strength, from the spare pink sparkly room, which I’m sure many of you remember……. quickly moving onto our little out building in the garden which my husband built. The song we sing “Started from the Garden now we here..” Then onto Theydon Bois. And now I’m in my very own salon, and I would not be able to do it without you, my loyal clients.
Now a Mum of 3, working as many hours as I can, I have an amazing talented team behind me, making your hair dreams become a reality. We can’t wait to welcome you into our salon soon xxx
Welcome to Krystalized
Making your hair dreams come true is our passion. And over the years we have been able to expand and welcome many more of your through our doors. We outgrew the little outbuilding and moved onto a little shop in Theydon Bois. This was the perfect little taster of being a Salon Owner…..so the hunt for my very own salon began. I came across our Current Salon in Loughton and fell in love. We have now been established here since 2015 providing exceptional Hair & Beauty services to a wide range of clients travelling from all over the country and worldwide. Shani - Salon Manager Super Stylist & Extension Specialist
Our Girl Shani has been a member of the Krystalized family since the day we opened our doors back in 2015. Shani is an exceptional team player, with skills to make your hair dreams come true. She does a mean Krystalized Bouncy Blowdry, not to mention her magic hands when it comes to Hair Extensions. She is a Hair Qeen in ALL Areas of Hair Dressing. She is an asset to Krystalized, both Staff and Clients would agree.
Lilly - Assistant Manager Senior Stylist & Extensionist
Lilly joined the Krystalized Family in 2019 as Floater to take on what ever came her way, and wow has she impressed us all. Her Blowdry Skills are amazing, as well as her cutting and styling. She’s hit the floor with Superb Colours giving our clients head turning hair. Shes mastered the Glam waves and Her creative hands work wonders on Hair Up too. She can also transform your hair with her Amazing Extensions Skills.
Lola - Colour Master
We have watched our Lola grow from an Apprentice to a Super Talented Colourist & Stylist. She’s been with us since 2022 and she is an asset to our Krystalized Family. Her attitude and ambition has given her the ability to change how you feel about your hair. Her colour skills and knowledge are exceptional, giving her the ability to advise you on what is best to do with your hair. Her Colour Correction Skills are outstanding, & her magic colour hands are here to Transform the way you look and feel about your hair.
Zoe - Senior Extensionist & Stylist
Currently on Maternity, The lovely Zoe has been with us since 2016 and is a valued member of the Krystalized Family. She has an eye for detail, and her extension application and technique is second to none! Straight to the point, she will recommend what is needed to make your hair goals a reality. Her cutting & Styling skills are incredible.
Juney Baby - A Helping Hand
Shes the Mumma at Krystalized. Everyone needs one in their life. She’s here to lend a hand when ever we need her. And she’s the Best Tea Maker going.
